I disagree. There is almost zero dialogue. The only one to come up on the net was LtGen Neller, and he has a post outside of the USMC establishment at this time. Where are the rest of them?
Even if there is a small amount of dialogue in the Gazette, that is no replacement for communication up and down the chain of command. Are Generals sitting down these days with SNCOs and Company Grade Officer for back and forth talks, or are they just speaking to them in auditoriums? A dialogue in the Gazette is all well and good, but it is not a replacement for face time with the troops.
